We invite you to reach out at any time so we can develop a bespoke production schedule tailored to your needs. While timelines vary based on the scope of the build, we generally recommend a minimum lead time of two weeks. For more intricate or large-scale creations, we will conduct a full technical assessment to ensure every detail is perfected.

General Process & Booking
-
For custom-fit prosthetics (like a full face mask), yes. We need a 3D mold of the actor’s face or body to ensure the appliance moves naturally with their expressions.
-
Absolutely. We use professional-grade silicones, foams, and medical-grade adhesives. Please let us know if your talent has specific allergies to latex or certain spirit gums.
-
Depending on the complexity, the application can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours. Remember to factor this into your "call time" for the talent.
-
Most silicone and foam latex appliances are "sacrificial," meaning they are destroyed during the removal process. If you have multiple shoot days, we will need to cast a new piece for every shoot day.
